We are a design and build studio, which means the person who drew your kitchen is the person answering for it on site. No handoff, no gap between the render and the reality, no vendor to blame.

Seventeen weeks,no surprises

A typical 3 BHK, start to keys. Larger homes stretch the build phase; the sequence never changes.

    Listen

    Week 1

    A long first conversation — budget, timeline, the way your mornings run, the things you refuse to give up. We measure the site and record what's already working.

  • 02

    Design

    Week 2 – 4

    Layouts, 3D walkthroughs and a material board you can hold. We iterate until the plan stops being a compromise and starts being obvious.

  • 03

    Detail

    Week 5 – 6

    Working drawings, joinery sections, electrical and plumbing marking, and a costed BOQ with nothing hidden below the line.

  • 04

    Build

    Week 7 – 16

    Our own supervisors on site daily, weekly photo updates, and a schedule you can actually track. Vendors answer to us, not to you.

  • 05

    Hand over

    Week 17

    Deep clean, styling, snag list closed, warranties filed. You walk in with a bag and the house is already home.
